Solace Sexual Assault Services, located in Santa Fe, NM, is a leading non-profit organization dedicated to providing comprehensive support and healing for survivors of sexual assault and child abuse. With a team of highly trained professionals, we offer a wide range of trauma-informed services that address the unique needs of survivors in northern New Mexico.

At Solace Sexual Assault Services, we take pride in being one of Santa Fe's premier mental health care providers and are proud to have won Santa Fe Reporter's Best Mental Health Care Provider for the past four years. Our clinical team is composed of highly trained professionals who possess the expertise and experience needed to provide exceptional care to our clients. We understand the unique needs of survivors of sexual assault, which is why our team is trauma-informed, enabling us to approach therapy and support services with empathy, sensitivity, and a deep understanding of the complexities of trauma. Members of our clinical team are bilingual. We offer therapy at no cost to our clients.

Therapy
We provide crisis stabilization and long-term therapy for survivors of sexual assault,
sex trafficking, and stalking.
Advocacy
Our advocates provide
resources to meet the
immediate needs of sexual violence. survivors
Forensic Interviewing
Our nationally accredited Child Advocacy Center conducts forensic interviews of child and youth victims.
Education & Prevention
We provide age-appropriate sexual violence prevention programs in schools and community organizations.

To create a more compassionate environment for survivors, Solace works in-house with the Santa Fe Police Department’s Special Victims Unit and sexual assault nurse examiners from Christus St. Vincent to provide a coordinated, survivor-centered response. This partnership ensures that survivors have access to counseling, forensic medical care, and law enforcement support in one place, reducing the burden of navigating multiple systems on their own. By offering these critical services in a shared space, we help minimize retraumatization and create a setting that feels less institutionalized than a traditional hospital or police station. This collaborative approach prioritizes safety, dignity, and compassionate care at every step of the healing process.
