A more compassionate environment for survivors is what you will find at Solace. In addition to our Forensic Interviewing, Advocacy, Therapy, and Education & Prevention services, Solace also houses the Santa Fe Police Department’s Special Victims Unit and Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners (S.A.N.E.) from Christus St. Vincent to provide a coordinated, survivor-centered response.

 

This partnership ensures that survivors have access to all services under one roof, reducing the burden of navigating multiple systems. on their own. This set-up helps eliminate retraumatization and creates a setting that feels less institutionalized than a hospital or police station. Our collaborative approach prioritizes safety, dignity, and compassionate care at every step of the healing process.
