Gift Giving Opportunities

Our donors directly support services and programs that are designed to prevent sexual violence and empower survivors of all traumatic experiences through restoring dignity, strength, and resilience.

Whether it is through a direct donation, a planned giving program, memorial gift, or participation in one of our fundraising events, YOU are strengthening and sustaining our services for years to come. 

 

As we approach a new calendar year, here’s a list of ways in which you can support our most urgent needs:

 

$10    Covers the cost of snacks for the Children’s Advocacy Center

$25    Covers the average LYFT cost per client

$50    Covers the hourly costs associated with the 24 /7 Crisis Advocacy Hotline

$100  Covers costs associated with Education, Prevention and Outreach Efforts

 

$250  Covers three hours of Advocacy services including but not limited to:

  • Provide crisis response services for survivors of violence and their families.

  • Provide assessment of client service needs and develop a plan to meet those needs in conjunction with other community service providers.

  • Participate in the communication and coordination of services with other providers.

  • Provide Court Advocacy, court preparation, and support for victims and families, in coordination with the District Attorney and victim advocates at First Judicial District.

  • Maintain tracking of Family Advocacy Department cases that enter the court system.

  • Provide forensic interviewing of children ages 3-17 years of age or adults with intellectual disabilities.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external agencies while coordinating services for survivors and families.

  • Evaluate program effectiveness using approved tools and measures.

  • Assist with compiling data for reporting.

 

$350  Covers one therapeutic session consisting of an assessment, intake and treatment plan.

Ways To Give

Charitable contributions, and bequests to Solace Crisis Treatment are tax-deductible; subject to limitations under the IRS code. We welcome gifts of appreciated stock for which you may deduct full market value for income tax purposes.
